Questions
Do I need to change my Wix plan?
No. Readyslip works with every Wix plan. Your clients sign on a secure Readyslip page that you link from your site, your booking emails or a QR code.
Is an online waiver legally valid?
In the US, the ESIGN Act and UETA say a signature can't be refused just because it's electronic. Every waiver we store records the signer's name, signature, date, time, IP address and the exact text they agreed to. Whether a waiver protects you depends on its wording and your state's law, so have your lawyer or insurer review your text.
Can a parent sign for more than one child?
Yes. A parent or guardian adds each child and signs once. Every child gets their own record, so your class list shows each one as covered.
What about walk-ins?
Print the QR code we give you, or open your signing link on a tablet at the front desk. Signing takes about a minute.
Does it work with Wix Bookings?
Yes. Today you add your signing link to your booking confirmation email and your site. Our Wix app, coming soon, sends the link after every booking and shows who has signed in your Wix dashboard.
Who owns the signed waivers?
You do. Download any waiver as a PDF or export them all as a spreadsheet at any time. If you cancel, you can download everything first.
